The BIRS workshop was very helpful in several ways in my research program. Many of the talks were very informative. I had opportunity to discuss (especially the applied part with the biological models) with the researchers. The organizers did a great job. And last but not the least, all the staff in the residence (PDC) and the Vistas Dining Room were super helpful and courteous. This made a huge difference. This was my first time at BIRS. I will attend again.
